2. Lock in
The Date
Once you confirm that the details of the quote match the specifications of your event, we’ll send a contract that outlines the terms and conditions, including payment terms. To lock in the date, a small booking fee will be required. This ensures that our musicians can exclude any other performance offers to focus solely on your event.
3. Schedule a Music Consultation Meeting
Now that the date’s locked in, you can schedule a one-on-one conversation with our bandleader Cesar Vazquez to discuss the type of music you would like to have at your event. With a repertoire of hundreds of songs across multiple genres, we can ensure that your musical experience is as unique as your wedding. In this meeting, we can also discuss song requests, loading and exit logistics, and any other preferences you may have.
